It was easy to attach the enema set to your shower system. You turn the water on and test the temperature out with your fingers. As you rub lube all over the silicone nozzle, you take your fingers and begin to rub some around your back entry, too. With your other hand, you turn the water pressure up higher, keeping the temperature warm but not too hot.
